I aim to bring a new way to caring for the body, tending to it with intention, a way that puts us in touch with our innermost wisdom, awakening the body, and building awareness from a strong foundation. I believe this framework fortifies us, sustains us, and shields against burnout and chaos.
IV. ABOUT
I started down this path years ago, I wanted to bring the kind of clarity and personal transformation I experienced when I centered movement in my life to others. I found myself capable of things I never imagined.
An injury changed the way I moved. In recovery, I learned about building strength. I saw how necessary it was to be who I aimed to be. It became a touchstone.
I went to college for massage therapy to learn about the body, I wanted to know it intimately. How everything is connected.
Now, my work is a union of these modalities. Freeing up our fascia allows for greater strength, it creates the space for us to find our posture. When we open and allow for expansion, we increase our capacity, and uncover what's within.
I don’t believe we need to be fixed. We sometimes need to reshape ourselves. Physical Practice is the pathway to rewiring old patterns and creating new relationships within. It’s about consistency, agency, and coherence.
Ongoing study in Health and Wellness at Canisius University keeps my practice rooted in both experience and evidence.
