Each offering is designed to meet you where you are, building a foundation that supports your physical health, mental clarity, and greater sense of purpose.

  • To understand your goals, history, and current state of being. We’ll explore how you move, breathe, and feel, creating a clear picture of your needs and intentions. This sets the foundation for an aligned and effective practice. This session may include posture and movement assessments, breath awareness, and discussion of your training intentions.

    Consultations are included in the purchase of a personalized program or package.

  • A tailored training and wellness plan designed to support your long-term growth. Your program integrates movement, breath, and mindfulness — creating a foundation for physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

    Includes:

    • Review of goals, movement, and lifestyle factors

    • 4-week custom training program

    • Integration of strength, meditation, and breathwork practices

    • Guidance on frequency, recovery, and progression

    A personalized program is $100 and includes a one on one training session

  • Through guided sessions, you’ll refine form, build strength, and deepen awareness. These sessions are where transformation takes root, aligning body, mind, and purpose.

  • Each 4-week program begins with a consultation and a personalized Physical Practice, integrating movement, breathwork, and meditation.
