  • To understand your goals, history, and current state of being. We’ll explore how you move, breathe, and feel, creating a clear picture of your needs and intentions. This sets the foundation for an aligned and effective practice. This session may include posture and movement assessments, breath awareness, and discussion of your training intentions.

  • A tailored training and wellness plan designed to support your long-term growth. Your program will integrate movement, breath, and meditation, creating a foundation for physical vitality, mental clarity, and solid fountation for supporting your vision.

    A personalized program is $100 and includes a one on one training session

  • Through guided sessions, you’ll refine form, build strength, and deepen awareness. These sessions are where transformation takes root, aligning body, mind, and purpose.

  • Each 4-week program begins with a consultation and a personalized Physical Practice, integrating movement, breathwork, and meditation.

Jack Wrafter is an integrative personal trainer whose work places the body as the foundation to realize our greatest potential. Her method, Physical Practice, integrates scientific understanding with embodiment principles that offer a grounded pathway for individuals to cultivate strength within, expand awareness, and deepen their connection to the body in ways that translate to the everyday.

Drawing from her background in massage therapy, somatics, meditation, breathwork, and her ongoing bachelor’s studies in Health and Wellness, Jack brings a multidisciplinary skillset to her work.

Through consistent, intentional practice, she guides clients in building foundational strength, regulating their nervous systems, and cultivating the clarity needed to move through life with purpose.

At the heart of Physical Practice are the principles of meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement. Jack teaches clients to rewire patterns, cultivate presence, and build a steady internal structure capable of supporting change. Her work encourages people to connect to vision, aligning daily actions with long-term goals while raising consciousness through embodied, moment-to-moment awareness. Each program is individualized, designed to meet people exactly where they are.
